Below is an Application Checklist:

  1. Completed Application
  2. Letter of Intent on Letterhead
  3. Copy of official Administrator Residency Certificate
  4. Completed Verification of Employment form (2 years as a principal, assistant principal or program administrator)
  5. Non-refundable application fee of $85 payable to CWU
  6. Registration form

Candidates are required to purchase LiveText create electronic portfolio entries. Hard copies of the portfolio are required for presentation.
