- Letter of Intent on Letterhead
- Copy of official Administrator Residency Certificate
- Completed Verification of Employment form (2 years as a principal, assistant principal or program administrator)
- Non-refundable application fee of $85 payable to CWU
- Registration form
Candidates are required to purchase LiveText create electronic portfolio entries. Hard copies of the portfolio are required for presentation.
