Bruce Requa is a Senior Business Program Manager at Microsoft with over 25 years of experience in high technology. At Microsoft, he has held roles in business management, commercial licensing, and project management. Bruce has also worked in marketing, performance excellence, sales operations, and management consulting roles earlier in his career. He has been actively involved with the national Baldrige Performance Excellence Program since 2009 and is currently a master examiner coaching team leads through the examination process. In his community, Bruce serves in his church and as a board member with Performance Excellence NW, the regional Baldrige program, which serves organizations in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
