“The PESH program and the Health Program both opened a lot of doors for me to grow as an individual and as a professional. My professors and my work supervisors were with me every step of the way, mentoring me, and pushing me to be my best. Being able to work and study in fields that help youth/people become healthier and more active was such a gratifying experience. The people I met and the relationships that were built are ones that have made me into who I am today. Central will always have a very special place in my heart.” Rebecca Freyenberger, who earned her BS in Physical Education and School Health (PESH) at CWU in 2016
