Family and Consumer Sciences Career and Technical Education Teaching, BS


Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) program prepares you to become an effective educator in the areas of child development, food and nutrition, housing, fashion, and finance. You will also learn to become a FCCLA adviser.

We provide you with a solid foundation in pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional strategies, and specialized knowledge in your chosen CTE field of family and consumer sciences. With a focus on hands-on learning and practical experience, the FCSE program at CWU prepares students for a rewarding career in education .
