Hands-On Learning
Our program includes quarterly early childhood field experience in daycares and centers. You’ll have the chance to work with trained educators offering interactive coursework.
Learning through Play
In EDEC 314, discover how play-based, emergent curriculum fosters skill development in early childhood education. This course explores embedded play as a tool for enhancing learning across all areas of growth and development.
Creative Careers
While early educators put in a great deal of effort, their work is also filled with fun and creativity. Few careers allow you to engage in activities like dress-up or playdough as part of the learning process!
