Aviation Management, BS—Maintenance Management Specialization
If you are looking for an opportunity to gain the practical knowledge and experience needed to find success in aviation maintenance management, this is the program for you.
Besides technical skills, we also focus on developing your communication and leadership skills that are critical for a successful career in the aviation industry. Students enrolling in this specialization must already possess an FAA airframe and powerplant certificate. Forty-five credits of the airframe and powerplant certificates will be accepted upon completion of all other degree requirements. Specialized Tracks
You’ll have the opportunity to focus on one of three specializations—Aviation Management, Maintenance Management (earning up to 45 credits with an A&P License), or Executive Pilot (earning 36-45 credits with a commercial rating).
Data Analysis
In AVM 270, you'll learn to make data-driven decisions using mathematical techniques and aviation-specific data, equipping you to manage airlines, airports, and other aviation organizations effectively.
Online Learning
Available online or in person, our program gives you the flexibility to learn on your terms without compromising on quality.
Capstone
At the end of your degree, you'll create an academic portfolio showcasing your expertise in aviation operations, management, legislation, safety, and career planning, preparing you for the next step in your career.
