Aviation Management Specialization
Our Aviation Management Specialization prepares you for a successful career in the field of aviation management. We combine business, management, and aviation-specific knowledge to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the aviation industry.
Aviation Management students can customize their studies to align with their interests, exploring areas such as airlines, general aviation operations, finance, safety, regulations, maintenance management, and airport management and planning.
Careers You Can Pursue with an Aviation Management Degree
Airport Manager – Oversee airport operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Airline Manager – Work in marketing, customer service, or operations for commercial airlines.
Aviation Safety Officer – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management.
Air Traffic Controller – Manage the safe movement of aircraft in airspace and airports (may require additional certification).
Aircraft Operations Manager – Oversee maintenance schedules, fueling, and logistics for airlines or private operators.
Flight Dispatcher – Plan and coordinate flights, including routes, fuel, and weather considerations (may require additional certification).
Aerospace Project Manager – Manage aviation-related projects in manufacturing, research, or government sectors.
Aviation Consultant – Provide expertise on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance for businesses and government agencies.
Logistics & Supply Chain Manager – Manage cargo transportation and distribution networks.
