What to Submit

Submit the following directly to the Department of Art + Design.

  1. Portfolio
    20 examples of recent work in JPEG or PDF format. Dimensions of JPG images should be no smaller than 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi and no larger than 2 MB maximum. Files should be named lastname_firstname_01.jpg (Your last name, the image number and the file extension).

  2. Image List
    Please provide a Word Doc or PDF file with the title, year, medium and dimensions of each work submitted below. Please use a corresponding number with each image file name and image list entry. Filename should be lastname_firstname_imagelist.(pdf,doc,docx)

  3. CV/Resume
    Please provide a Word Doc or PDF file with your most recent curriculum vitae. Filename should be lastname_firstname_cv.(pdf,doc,docx)

  4. Artist Statement
    Please provide a Word Doc or PDF file of your artist/designer statement. Filename should be lastname_firstname_statement.(pdf,doc,docx)
