Edge
- The Edge browser is supported using the WebEx TemporaryFolder Solution (TFS) by downloading and installing an executable file (.exe) the first time it is used. The Edge browser is supported only for starting and joining meetings, events, training sessions, or support sessions in Meeting Center, Event Center, Training Center, and Support Center.
Mozilla Firefox
- Firefox 52 and later 32-bit and 64-bit on Microsoft Windows is supported using the WebEx Temporary Folder Solution (TFS) by downloading and installing an executable file (.exe) the first time it is used. Firefox 52 and later 32-bit and 64-bit is supported only for starting and joining meetings, events, training sessions, or support sessions in Meeting Center, Event Center, Training Center, and Support Center. Firefox 51 and earlier are supported, though users with Firefox 50 and 51 receive warning messages to restart their browsers.
