Vy Frolov is a Theatre Arts Major with a focus in technical theatre at Central Washington University. They are a first-generation college student who transferred from Portland Community College after completing a transfer associate's degree and are now in their final year of their bachelor's degree.
They previously acted as a youth advisory council member for a non-profit out of Oregon, helping organize youth and community events, facilitating workshops, and presenting at various conferences. Since attending CWU Frolov has acted as both Treasurer and Secretary for CWU's student chapter of USITT.
