Erin Black

Erin Black is Chief Executive Officer at the Memorial Foundation in Yakima. Before joining the Memorial Foundation in 2015, she was the Executive Director at the YWCA in Yakima. She received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from CWU in 1998, and a Masters in Executive Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University in 2009.

Black chaired the Board of Directors for the Homeless Network of Yakima County for two years, was a member of the Board of Directors for Safe Yakima Valley, and most recently, served as President of Downtown Yakima Rotary. She is a guest instructor at the Pacific Northwest University of Osteopathic Medicine. Previously, she was a guest speaker at Yakima Valley Human Resources Association and a guest instructor at Heritage University, Physician Assistant Program.

Black is on her second six-year term that ends in September 2026.
