LEED Buildings on Campus

Central Washington University is proud to be home to six Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified buildings. LEED is an internationally recognized framework for creating buildings that are designed, constructed, operated, and maintained with sustainability in mind.

From energy efficiency and water conservation to healthy indoor environments and sustainable materials, CWU’s LEED-certified buildings showcase how sustainability can be incorporated into the places where we learn, work, and live.

CWU’s newest LEED-certified building is the Health Sciences Building, which earned LEED Gold certification. A virtual tour of the Health Sciences Building will be available soon.
