The dashboard displays enrollment using federal CIP titles rather than CWU Plan names to minimize year-over-year volatility caused by internal plan name changes. Detailed CWU plan names are available in the downloadable file linked at the bottom of the glossary. The table can be sorted by selecting any column header to toggle ascending or descending order.

Access to the Program Enrollment dashboard is restricted to CWU faculty and staff and requires logging into your CWU account. Select the yellow button below to access the Program Enrollment dashboard. Note: Student employees do not have access to this dashboard. Access is determined by your role and is not granted to individuals by request. You cannot gain access to this dashboard by requesting access. 

*NEW: Subtotals by college and department are now available in both the dashboard and the downloadable file. The downloadable file now includes an anonymous StudentKey for each student instead of the StudentID. To obtain correct unduplicated student counts in Excel PivotTables, select Add this data to the Data Model when creating the PivotTable. Then place StudentKey in the Values area and summarize it using Distinct Count to produce unduplicated student counts for each PivotTable cell.

Also, we have added Specializations/subplans to the downloadable file and are exploring how to add this to the dashboard tables for easier reference. Stay tuned!
