Updates to CWU’s Web Directory


To enhance consistency and accuracy, CWU’s web directoryprofiles have been centralized. Key details—including name, title, phone number, email address, and office location—are now managed through MyCWU. This system will automatically create profile pages for new faculty and staff and remove profiles when individuals leave the university.

Beginning today (Monday, February 10, 2025), website editors, (web contributors and approvers), will have the ability to update the bio section and portraits within directory profiles. Change requests should be sent directly to your department’s website content editors. To find who the website editors are, visit the Cascade User List.

MyCWU Updates
While website content editors will be able to update the bio and portraits, updates to the following information in the website directory must be submitted through MyCWU.

  • Name, phone number or email address (under Employee > Personal > Personal Details)
  • Office location (work with your department to submit a location change in the system)

Additionally, users may modify their first name in MyCWU by submitting Preferred Name Change on the employee dashboard under Personal. If you have any questions regarding title or MyCWU, please contact Lorraine Chavez in HR at Lorraine.Chavez@cwu.edu.

Please note that the web directory is limited to faculty and staff only; students are not included.
