Enterprise Application Support
The EAS department is responsible for providing application maintenance slash troubleshooting, incident management, user support, performance monitoring, configuration management, documentation and knowledge management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of enterprise resource planning (PeopleSoft) and customer relationship management (Slate) systems at CWU.
Enterprise Application Development
The enterprise application development team evaluates, designs , implements, maintains, and enhances CWU's enterprise application systems, including PeopleSoft, AIM and THD. EAD is also responsible for developing and administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud services
