Contracts, Purchasing and Surplus Office
Welcome to the Contracts, Purchasing & Surplus Office at CWU. We strive to maintain the most efficient operations while adhering to requirements of university, state, and federal laws, rules, and procedures. It is our goal to serve our customers in the most timely, efficient, and professional means possible. We are located in Hogue Technology Building, Room 126. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
Mission Statement
Purchasing supports Central Washington University's educational mission and administrative needs in accordance with the University's policies and procedures by assisting faculty and staff in obtaining timely, high quality products and services at low prices, utilizing good business practices and professional ethics.
