Classified Employee Council Feedback
Feedback & Engagement
We Want to Hear from You
Your voice matters! The Classified Employee Council (CEC) is committed to representing, supporting, and celebrating the classified staff across our campus—and we want to do even better, with your help.
In fact, CEC currently has open positions and is actively seeking new members who are passionate about fostering a more inclusive, connected, and engaging workplace. This is a great opportunity to get involved, amplify the voices of your peers, and help shape meaningful initiatives that support classified staff.
Whether you have participated actively, occasionally, or not at all, we want to understand how we can improve engagement, inclusivity, and impact. This includes not only the work of the CEC but also how we recognize our peers through the Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year nomination and celebration process.
By taking a few minutes to complete the feedback form below, you are helping shape a stronger, more supportive campus community—and if you are interested in joining the council, we would love to hear from you!
What We're Hoping to Learn
We are seeking your input on:
- Awareness and accessibility of the Classified Employee Council and its initiatives
- Barriers to participation in CEC meetings, activities, or outreach
- Ideas for increasing engagement with classified staff across departments and shifts
- Clarity and fairness of the Employee of the Month/Year nomination process
- Suggestions to make recognition events more meaningful and inclusive
- Creative ideas to boost participation and excitement around these programs
- Interest in serving on the CEC and how we can make that opportunity more accessible
No feedback is too small—every suggestion helps us build a better experience for everyone.
Thank You!
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback will help us enhance how we celebrate, communicate with, and support classified staff across campus. Together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive workplace culture.
