Distinguished Retiree Award Nomination Form
Nominations are welcome for a program by the CWU Retirement Association to recognize the achievements and contributions of CWU retirees. The CWURA strives to celebrate those that have continued to be active in the university, our community, or through national or international services. The criteria are:
- Service must be subsequent to retirement, voluntary and unpaid
- Service to the CWURA may be considered but is not necessary
- Candidate must be retired a minimum of three years
- Candidate may not be a current member of the CWURA Board
Anyone may submit nominations and the nominees will remain active for three years.
