2026 Wildcat 5k
Homecoming just isn't complete without it—the Wildcat 5K is back! Lace up your shoes and hit the course with fellow Wildcats for a morning of campus nostalgia, community spirit, and friendly competition.
Set a new personal record or take it slow and soak in the sights along a 5K loop around our beautiful campus. With staggered start times, there's a pace for everyone, from serious runners to leisurely walkers and every stride in between.
This event is open to the entire CWU community—alumni, students, families, staff, faculty, and friends near and far. Join us at the starting line for this fun Homecoming tradition.

Time: 9:30 a.m. Registration and Check-in | 10:00 a.m. Start
Cost: $10 (Students free with student ID)
Be sure to arrive early: a limited number of exclusive "Always a Wildcat" sunglasses will be handed out on race day, while supplies last.
