Wildcats to Host Fall Sports Preview in Seattle

The Central Washington University athletics department in conjunction with the department of alumni relations will host a Fall Sports Preview on Thursday, August 27 at Surface Theory in downtown Seattle.

The event will be held from 6:00-8:30 p.m. and guests will have the opportunity to talk with CWU coaches and staff and hear what they have in store for the 2015 fall season.

Attending the event at Surface Theory and speaking to attendees will be head coaches Ian Shoemaker (football), Mario Andaya (volleyball), Michael Farrand (soccer) Kevin Adkisson (cross country) and athletics director Dennis Francois. The coaches will discuss their respected programs and what fans can expect to see on the field and in competition.

In addition, to the fall sport coaches, many other CWU coaches will be on hand to talk to attendees and enjoy the event.

Ellensburg's Roadhouse Grill is providing food for the event, and Iron Horse Brewery of Ellensburg will provide beverages. In addition, the Wildcat Shop will be on hand selling new Wildcat apparel.

Surface Theory is located at 536 1st Avenue South in Seattle near Pioneer Square and Century Link Field.
