Wildcats' Scheduled Home Games Moved to Westside Due to Poor Air Quality

Due to the air quality in Ellensburg, the venues have changed for this week's home contests:

FOOTBALL: We will be moving Saturday's home game versus Western Oregon University to Pop Keeney Stadium in Bothell. Kickoff will be at 12 p.m. with gates opening at 11 a.m. Tickets may still be purchased online or at the gate. Of course, all season tickets and single-game tickets that have already been pre-sold will be valid at Pop Keeney. CWU Football Parking Passes will be honored, otherwise parking is $5 per regular sized vehicle. Lots open at 10 a.m. (Please note that tailgating is allowed, however, alcohol is not)

SOCCER: Thursday's match against Northwest University has been switched to Northwest's campus in Kirkland with a 4 p.m. start time. Their campus address is 5520 108th Ave NE. Sunday's home game versus Stanislaus State University has been moved to the campus of Seattle Pacific University with a 2 p.m. start.

CROSS COUNTRY: The CWU Invitational, scheduled to be held in Yakima, will be cancelled. The team is attempting to schedule a triangular with other GNAC schools on the Westside. Please refer to Wildcatsports.com for any updates.

VOLLEYBALL: Thank goodness for inside sports, the NCAA Div. II West Region Showcase, which runs Thursday through Saturday in Nicholson Pavilion, will proceed as scheduled.
