partnering with Olmstead Place State Park to connect volunteers to the annual Olmstead Place State Park Fall Clean-Up, according to a news release.

The event is part of CLCE’s “Kittitas Connect” program, which will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (October 21).

Restoration and mass cleanup efforts focus on certain areas of the 217-acre state park to improve and repair. Two barns, a cabin, a schoolhouse and a homestead are located on the property, providing cleanup opportunities like replacing wood-chip paths or assisting the heritage gardening club with the flowers and gardens in the area.
