Student groups voice concerns for equality on campus

Central Washington University students staged a protest on campus Thursday afternoon in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, and discussed their concerns for underrepresented groups on campus.

The purpose of the protest was to respond to a call to action from the students in the Concerned Student 1950 activist group at the University of Missouri, said Gianni Glover, advertising executive for the CWU Black Student Union.
