SOURCE 2016 Showcases Two Days of CWU's Best

The 21st Annual Symposium On University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) opens its first two-day exhibition at 11:00 a.m. today in the SURC. SOURCE is a university-wide forum for Central Washington University students, faculty, and staff from all disciplines. It provides a unique opportunity to present mentored research, scholarship, and creative activities in a juried environment.

SOURCE is hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Research and welcomes presentations from all members of the campus community—including undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff, and campus-affiliated projects with K-12 students.

SOURCE 2016 will run 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on May 18, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on May 19

Keynote Speaker Mitchell Thomashow will present the "Future of Environmental Learning" at 4:00 p.m. in the SURC Theatre

Thursday, May 19
Keynote Speaker Curtis Acosta will present "Culturally Responsive Education" at 4:00 p.m. in the SURC Theatre

The SOURCE Award Ceremony will be held May 25 at noon in the SURC Pit. Everyone is invited to celebrate this year's winners.
