Shindruk Earns GNAC Athlete of the Week

Alexa Shindruk was named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference's Female Athlete of the Week on Monday.

Shindruk finished fourth out of 197 runners in last Saturday's Willamette Invitational. The race featured runners from multiple NCAA Division's. Her time of 17:21 made her the top finisher for the Wildcats, who took home eighth as a team.

Shindruk and the rest of the men's and women's cross country teams have the week off before returning to action on October 13 at the Lewis & Clark State College Invitational.
