Second candidate for Vice President of Public Affairs Visits Campus

Michelle Ma, communications manager for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland and a candidate for Central Washington University’s vice president of public affairs position, will visit the campus on Tuesday, April 18.

Ma, who has a master of public administration degree from California State University, Long Beach, and a bachelor of science degree in communications from the University of Southern Indiana, is former vice president and chief communications officer at Evergreen State College.

Additionally, she previously served as vice president and chief communications officer at Whitman College and was director of marketing, public relations, and governmental affairs at Coastline Community College. She has also worked as director of marketing/public relations at Morris Communications and marketing manager for the California Association of Realtors.

4 p.m. — 5 p.m. Campus Forum (open to the public), Barge 412
6 p.m. — 8 p.m. Dinner with President’s Cabinet
