Orchesis spring performance a culmination of hard work

The Central Washington University Orchesis spring dance performance is the culmination of a lot of hard work, with students debuting their choreography in front of an audience for the first time.

But for students Marisa Nelson and Jasmine Miller, it’s more of an Ellensburg premiere.

Nelson and Miller took their dances to the American College Dance Association conference in March, where they were able to show off what they had been working on. Both dances are in this year’s show, which runs at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday in the McConnell Hall Auditorium at CWU.
