New Local Customer Service Effort Launches Saturday

The free program, called B2C, stands for Business to Community. The program recognizes businesses and other community organizations for providing good customer service.
The community is invited to a B2C kick-off celebration on Saturday [October 28] at the Ellensburg Pavilion from 10 a.m. to noon.
The effort involves the Ellensburg Downtown Association, Central Washington University, the city of Ellensburg, and the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce.
