Are you excited about the direction Central Washington University is heading? Do you want to be more involved in where we go next?

Join President Wohlpart on Nov. 4 for the annual State of the University address and Strategic Planning workshop.

Hopefully, you answered with an emphatic, "yes!" But even if you are just curious about CWU's future and want to share your ideas about our short- and long-term direction, everyone in the CWU community is highly encouraged to mark Friday, November 4, on your calendars.

Following President Wohlpart's brief State of the University address at 9 a.m., dozens of faculty and staff members from across the institution will come together for one hour to share their feedback about the evolving framework of the Strategic Plan.

From 9:30-10:30 a.m., representatives from across campus will engage in a group exercise that will help shape the contours of the university's Strategic Plan. Your participation will contribute directly to the blueprint we will use for future decisions we make with regard to hiring, academic programs, capital investments, and more.

Most participants will gather in the SURC Ballroom, while others will join the discussion remotely. No matter where you join the conversation from, please know that your individual input is essential.
