- May 17, 2021
- Public Affairs
This spring's online teaching workshop series at Central Washington University will continue Wednesday, May 19, with a conversation about "Practical Pedagogy."

This workshop will focus on interactively addressing issues that arise in the classroom, gathered from discussions and feedback from the three previous workshops.
The webinar, scheduled from 4-5 p.m. on Zoom, is the fourth and final installment of the "Informed and Engaged Teaching: Gender, Sexuality, and Equity" series. If you would like to attend, please register in advance here.
The series is supported by the Office of the Provost, International Studies and Programs, and CWU Libraries, and is sponsored by the Office of the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity; the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies program; the LGBTQ+ Workshop; and Multimodal Learning.
Faculty and staff participants can earn an "Informed and Engaged Teaching" certificate upon completion of three of the four workshops. A stipend, or professional development funds, will be made available to faculty who earn the certificate.
For more information, email Cynthia Coe, Michel O'Brien, or Judy Hennessy.
