Ellensburg's D Street Now Officially Wildcat Way

The Ellensburg City Council unanimously agreed Monday to rename D Street as Wildcat Way. The Associated Students of Central Washington University (ASCWU) raised $5,000 to pay for new signs and city staff expenses for installing the new signs.
The name change is expected to be completed before Central Washington University’s Homecoming football game on October 24 and commemorates CWU’s 125th anniversary year. Read more of this story in the Ellensburg Daily Record.
