CWU’s Chaney earns All-American honor

Cedrique Chaney, who will soon begin his fourth season as a starting cornerback for Central Washington, has been named a first-team preseason All-American by D2Football.com.
The 6-foot, 195-pound senior from Kelso High School has been stellar in each of his three previous campaigns with the Wildcats, totaling 113 tackles, six interceptions, 30 pass breakups, 36 pass deflections, five forced fumbles and three blocked kicks.
