CWU Trustees to Meet July 28-30, 2021

The Central Washington University Board of Trustees will hold a quarterly meeting July 28-30, 2021 on the Ellensburg campus. On Wednesday evening, the Board will host a reception at University House/East Lawn from 5:30-7:00 p.m. No business will be conducted.
On Thursday, July 29, the board will convene at 9:00 a.m. at the Wellington Event Center on the CWU campus. The first item on the agenda will be an opportunity for public comment. Rules pertaining to the public comment period are available at www.cwu.edu/trustees. To participate in the public comment period, speakers must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed via e-mail to cwu.president@cwu.edu by Monday, July 26, at 5:00 p.m.
At 12:00 p.m., the board will attend a social lunch at University House. No business will be conducted.
During the afternoon of July 29, the board will learn about a faculty-student research project from 2:00-3:15 p.m. at Hogue Hall and will hold a work session on the FY22 Budget from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at Wellington Event Center. At 6:00 p.m., the board will meet for dinner at Basalt Restaurant; no business will be conducted.
On Friday, July 30, trustees will meet from 8:00-10:00 a.m. at Hotel Windrow for a board retreat and planning session. At 10:30 a.m., they will resume the regular business meeting at Wellington Event Center.
