CWU professor completes second straight IRONMAN Canada

The pinnacle event for triathlon runners is the IRONMAN in Kona, Hawaii. Two years ago, Robert Pritchett needed to finish in the top eight of his age group to qualify for it.

He did, placing eighth in his first-ever IRONMAN Canada. . . .

Pritchett and his wife, Kelly, have been professors at Central Washington University since 2007. Robert teaches sport physiology and environmental physiology. Kelly teaches in the nutrition department about sports nutrition, clinical nutrition and eating disorders.
