Central Washington University is operating on normal schedules today (Thursday, January 19). The freezing rain advisory for the Ellensburg and Yakima areas has been lifted. A "hazardous weather" warning is still in place for Moses Lake and Wenatchee (please see http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/pdt/).

Road and walkway conditions are improved, but are still slick in some areas. Please use caution.

I-90 / Snoqualmie Pass remains closed. However I-82/Manastash and US-97/Blewett are open with no restrictions on Manastash and traction tires advised on Blewett, as of 5:30 a.m.

The CWU-Yakima and CWU-Moses Lake campuses are on a two-hour delay with classes starting at 10 a.m.
