CWU Graduate Student to Direct "Look Back in Anger"

Joshua Kelly, a CWU theatre arts master's degree candidate, is directing Look Back in Anger for The Montana Repertory Theatre in Missoula, Montana.

"[Playwright John] Osborne was famous for "liquid poetry," Kelly said, "and this script is the best example of his poetic vitriol there is."

Kelly graduated from UM in spring 2014 with his bachelor's degree in theater. He's now getting his master's degree at Central Washington University, with a thesis in progress on Osborne.

He first read "Look Back" a year ago and said 'fire just erupted from the page.'"
