CWU Chamber Choir: Esenvalds - “Stars” in the León Cathedral

Thanks to the efforts of Spanish Honorary Consul Luis Fernando Esteban, CWU's 31-voice Chamber Choir and conductor Gary Weidenaar, director of Choral Studies, were invited to León, Spain, where they performed a concert in the magnificent Santa María de León Cathedral, also called The House of Light. The visit took place during a tour of Spain, where the Chamber Choir took part in the prestigious 47th Annual Tolosa International Choir Competition.
