CWU athletic facilities to get $10.4 million makeover

Just shy of its 60th anniversary, Central Washington University’s Tomlinson Stadium is finally getting a makeover.

The football facility is part of a $10.4 million renovation to campus recreation facilities that was announced this week by the school.

Also included in the first phase of the Wildcat Commons project is a new track and field facility that will meet NCAA standards and also be available for general recreation use as well as intramural and club sports.
