Capital budget funds Clymer, horse park, CWU

Central Washington University, the Washington State Horse Park in Cle Elum and the Clymer Museum and Gallery in Ellensburg will benefit from the state capital budget approved last week.
The state’s capital budget is separate from the operating budget, and includes funding for construction and maintenance of land, buildings and equipment.
