Faculty OER Workshop & Book Review

January 15th & 16th

This winter, CWU Libraries will hold two faculty workshops introducing faculty to Open Educational Resources (OER). Faculty can earn $500 towards their PD fund this fiscal year if they:

1. Attend one of the two workshops on January 15 or January 16

2. Complete a book review in the Open Textbook Library within 6 weeks of attending the workshop

Come learn about OER, how it ties to CWU’s mission, how you can impact your students' learning, and how to search for OER materials. This workshop is open to all faculty, and each workshop is limited to 15 participants. In-person attendance is recommended, and virtual attendance will be accommodated. Note that all funds must be spent by the end of this fiscal year.

Attend in-person in Samuelson 131 or virtually. Spots are limited to 15 faculty members for each workshop. Please register by December 1st.
