Announcement: Campus Interviews for Vice President of Enrollment Management

  • January 2, 2020

In January, Central Washington University is welcoming candidates for the position of Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM).

The candidate search began in the fall and Skype interviews were conducted in early December. Each candidate will meet with students and faculty at CWU-Des Moines; each will deliver a one-hour presentation in Ellensburg which will be streamed to the CWU community. Each presentation will be recorded and can be viewed later at www.cwu.edu/executive-search/enrollment-management/position-overview.

The Vice President of Enrollment Management provides leadership for the university's Strategic Enrollment Plan, which affects the work of virtually every department, given the critical importance of enrollment to the sustainability of the university and overall student success. The vice president leads the Division of Enrollment Management, which includes Student Financial Services, Admissions, and the Game On! program. The Vice President also leads budget development, staff leadership and development, and administration of admissions appeals and petitions.

Two highly qualified candidates will present as follows:

Hung Dang will present Thursday, January 9, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in Discovery Hall room 101.

Josh Hibbard will present Monday, January 13, from 3-4 p.m. in Samuelson Hall room 104.

Please share your observations about VPEM candidates with VPEMsearch@cwu.edu.
