Aspiring sport management professionals from around the state will have an opportunity to meet with industry professionals face-to-face on Friday, May 30, when the CWU Northwest Center for Sport hosts a Sport and Internship Career Fair in Seattle.
The 6 p.m. event in the Space Needle Lounge at Climate Pledge Arena will feature representatives from more than 20 leading organizations in the industry. The Career Fair is designed to provide a platform for students to network with industry professionals while enhancing CWU’s reputation as a hub for sports education and career development.
At least 200 job-seekers are expected to register for the event, which will provide attendees with an opportunity to explore diverse career paths, seek advice, and build connections with industry leaders, enhancing their understanding and prospects.
The event, presented in collaboration with the Seattle Storm, begins at 6 p.m. and doors open at 5:30. Cost is $49 per person and tickets are available at Wildcat Tickets.
The ticket price includes attendance to the WNBA game between the Storm and the Atlanta Dream at 7 p.m. Please note that registration for the Sport Career and Internship Fair registration is separate from the ticket to the Storm-Fever game. Those who register for the Career Fair will receive a separate email about the event.
