I am an instructor at the CWU Sammamish campus. I have been an instructor here since 2020 with previous teaching/leadership/counseling experiences at Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, and Texas State University. I am an advocate for positive psychology and used to be a trainer for Strengthsfinder/StrengthsQuest.
