Logan Esterling
Lecturer
Logan Esterling is a performing artist and teacher who currently holds the Oboe III/English Horn position with Symphony Tacoma and the Yakima Symphony. He plays Principal Oboe with Lake Washington Symphony, Federal Way Symphony, Bellevue Symphony, and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra.
He frequently performs with orchestras throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the Seattle Symphony, Seattle Opera, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Northwest Sinfonietta, and Vancouver Symphony. Mr. Esterling has performed with accomplished artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Evanescence, The Who, Lindsey Stirling, Beck, and "Weird Al" Yankovic. He has also recorded music for video games, DreamWorks shorts, and prominent modern composers.
Mr. Esterling serves on the faculty of the University of Puget Sound, the Marrowstone Summer Music Festival, and the DigiPen Institute of Technology. He completed his studies at the University of Washington, where he was a student of Mary Lynch.
