About Emma Keene

Emma oversees the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Communication department, which is responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of all undergraduate prospective student communications.

Their work stretches from high schoolers just beginning their college search to admitted and matriculated students preparing for their first quarter at Central. Their department’s primary goal is to push prospective students down the enrollment funnel and help Central achieve their enrollment objectives through communication assets.

Emma obtained her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Washington State University and is now working to complete a master’s in Information Technology and Administrative Management (ITAM) with a specialization in Administrative Management from Central Washington University. Before working in higher education, Emma worked in sports management marketing with an emphasis in email marketing and automation, social media, and digital ads.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys backpacking, hiking, lifting weights, watching movies, and family game nights.
