What is your favorite class to teach?

I enjoy teaching many IT Management classes, but focus specifically on Cloud Fundamentals and Customer Relationship Management. CRM is my main focus area, having spent many years in industry working in customer-facing roles. I particularly enjoy teaching and mentoring in our FlexIT/Pro Programs, which incorporate individual one-on-one faculty/student mentoring and self-paced learning modalities.

My advice to students...

I tell students to do their very best and not to worry so much about the results. When consistent and continuous effort is applied, the results will almost always take care of themselves.
