As an Associate Professor in the Health Sciences Department at Central Washington University, Dr. Belay imparts knowledge through a range of nutrition courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His research endeavors focus on the assessment of micronutrient deficiency diseases, maternal and child nutrition, and food insecurity, with his current work centered around insightful studies utilizing the NHANES dataset.
