Geoscience education, Structure and tectonics
I am interested in questions about how we learn and teach geoscience skills and concepts. My research and teaching focus on preparing future K-12 teachers and future geoscientists, with a focus on spatial thinking, field experiences, and dispositions. I also serve as the Executive Director of the National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT).
