David Cordner holds an M.S. in Cultural and Environmental Resource Management with a GIS Certificate from Central Washington University, and a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University.

Interests and expertise: geographic information systems; spatial web application development, optical and gnss surveying; landscape architecture; environmental perception.

David has developed a web-based mapping application for the Department of Geography that provides access to historical aerial photographs of central Washington. The Historical Aerial Photograph Project allows researchers to easily locate, view and download photographs from the historical aerial photograph collection of the Department of Geography at Central Washington University.
