Professor Michael Rogel has served as an executive in two organizations and brings his practical experience to the classroom. His teaching philosophy is shaped around setting an environment where students can be challenged to think critically about the material, can express ideas, are invited to engage in active learning, and are able to build context that prepares them for their careers.
